Cette maudite imprimante refuse de s'initialiser.

Elle est neuve mais pas de garantie

Des idées de solutions pour enrayer le pb ?

Je peux peut etre contacter Dell mais bon ca me gene un peu.

J'ai lu sur le fofo dell une mani pque j'ai réalisé mais sans succès :

Open the printer using the button on the side top right. You will see two gray things with arrows going left and right. move them both two where you can take out the piece it is hold in. Pull out the large piece and put it back in. Close the two gray things to lock it back into place. Close the printer and restart it. It should fix your issue. It must of became loose at one point when I was moving so I fiddled with it and turns out that was the issue. It works great now!!
